We’re busy pulling together the schedule of events, which is like doing a giant jigsaw puzzle with pieces that sometimes move themselves. Got that author confirmed? Great! When are they available? Oh, no! That’s the only time so-and-so is available, too. We can use that venue? Excellent! Oh, wait – it only seats how many?
Our aim is to keep all of the events as central to the downtown area as possible, to make it possible for people to get to and attend as many things as possible. We also work hard to schedule things in a way that similar events don’t conflict.
Rest assured that, as always, there will be something for everyone, and amazingly high-quality somethings, at that. Nationally best-selling authors, workshops for poets, fiction writers and memoirists, readings and signings, talks, dramatic presentations, storytelling, and some pretty special events!
