Salem Massachusetts, inspiration for writers and setting for classic and contemporary literature, celebrates its passion for all things literary in the 2008 Salem Literary Festival. On Friday, September 12th and Saturday, September 13th, authors, readers, writers of prose and poetry, and word devotees of all stripes will gather for a celebration which will include Author Readings, Writers Workshops, an Open Mic, word games, and more!
